Visit Vëska By The Lake for your special relaxation with wood fired Banya (sauna) and Banya therapies. It is an introduction to the original Eastern European way to detox, recharge and reinvigorate your body, mind and soul that has its roots going for hundreds of years in history. Our Banya Intro session is also a social event that aims to bring people together for a relaxed getaway from busy city lifestyle. We are located in Pemberton, in the heart of the Southern Forests. Did you know that in Eastern Europe Banya (sauna) is considered as a special place where four major natural elements align to heal and recharge human body and mind? They are water, fire, earth and air. There is also a fifth element in which the sauna master works with these elements and direct energy flow. Visit Vëska By The Lake and experience it all first hand. What’s included: - Group steam therapies with Veniki (eucalyptus tree whisks) in wood-fired Banya (sauna) - Cold shower rinse between sauna sessions - Ivan tea (organic, non-caffeinated tea from Belarus) Cost: $70 per adult and $30 per child (4 to 11) Date: 5 October 2024 (Saturday) Time: 1 pm to 4:30 pm Optional Extra: - Goddess Relaxation Therapy (includes 2 one-on-one professional Sauna Therapies that focus on your personal energy flow, reinvigoration of body and mind).
