These days it has become so easy to dine out that we often forget about importance of preparing own food. Not only it is healthier because you know exactly what ingredients being used, but also because of the energy you put into preparing own food. Cooking can also be a meditation in itself if you create enough time in your daily routine to do it without hurry.

Some people (including myself) believe that if you put good energy in your food while cooking you will also eat this good energy. The opposite is also true. So, try not to bring any negative emotions with you while cooking. Create positive energy for yourself and the ones you share your food with. Make it a part of relaxed and meditative time. Take it seriously and playful at the same time. Enjoy own cooking!
